Madikheda Dam:
This is a hydel project built on the river Sindh The Sindh river makes natural
boundary of eastern part of the park. Due to construction of dam and storage
of water to the maximum level huge water body has come up on the boundary of the
park. It’s back water reaches many nallah, deep gorges and river Barai in the
park. Combination of various flora, fauna and water bodies and the dam provide
special scenic effect. The adjoining area is home of no. of beers and leopards.
Transient tigers also take shelter in this area. Thus, this area of the park is
emerging as a eco-tourism site worth visit. .
